2. Services
We provide customized solutions such as automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Bubble), data analytics, and process optimization for nonprofits and small businesses. We may modify services by providing reasonable advance notice.
3. Acceptable Use
Use our services legally and ethically, complying with Canadian laws such as Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) for personal data. Prohibited: illegal activities, spam, or violation of third-party policies (e.g., platform APIs).
4. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to developed scripts, workflows, and methodologies. We grant a non-exclusive license for your internal use, without transfer of ownership.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for provided data, consent for its use, and verification of automations in production. Comply with PIPA: inform purposes of collection, obtain consent, and limit use to what is reasonable.
6. Privacy and PIPA
We handle personal data in accordance with PIPA (Alberta): only for reasonable purposes, with consent (except for exceptions), access/correction within 45 days, and breach notification within 24h to the OIPC if there is a real risk. 7. Payments and Termination
Payments as per proposal (e.g., monthly, per project). Cancellation with notice (30 days for recurring); no refunds for completed work. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% monthly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months, excluding indirect damages (loss of profits, data). We do not cover third-party failures (e.g., cloud providers).
9. Termination and Modifications
We may terminate for breach with notice. We will update terms by notifying via email or website; continued use implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes in courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
